Maintenance & inspection

Regular maintenance is the cheapest way to run a forklift: it prevents expensive consequential damage, extends service life and preserves resale value. We maintain materials handling equipment of all makes — from a single pallet truck to a mixed fleet.

What maintenance includes

• Inspection to manufacturer specifications and operating hours
• Oil, filter and fluid changes
• Checking and adjusting brakes, steering and hydraulics
• Battery service on electric trucks, engine check on diesel and LPG
• Chain care and wear checks on the mast
• All work documented in the service book

Maintenance contract or on demand

You decide: a one-off job whenever something is due — or a maintenance contract with fixed intervals where we keep track of the dates and you have nothing to worry about. For fleets we can combine maintenance with the annual UVV safety inspection, so each truck is only out of service once.

Response times and prices

We guarantee fast, cost-effective repairs directly on site. It starts with a quick remote diagnosis by phone or email — simply send us photos of the faulty truck or give us a call. Should the defect turn out to be more serious, we collect the truck and carry out the repair at our service workshop in Ludwigsfelde near Berlin.

All makes, original parts or equivalent

We are brand-independent and maintain Linde, STILL, Jungheinrich, Toyota/BT, Yale and many more. Spare and wear parts are sourced at short notice — much of it directly from our spare parts shop. And if a repair is needed after all, our technicians come directly to you.
