A forklift that stands still costs you money every hour. That is why our service technicians come to your site in fully equipped workshop vans — in Ludwigsfelde, Berlin and throughout Brandenburg. Most repairs are completed on the first visit.

How it works

You report the fault — by phone on +49 3378 8052-18 or via the form below. We briefly clarify the truck and the symptoms so the technician brings the right parts. If a part is not on the van, we source it at short notice from our stock and the spare parts shop.

Fast response times and on-site repairs

Once we have diagnosed the fault as described above, we send out a technician with the right parts. Should the damage turn out to be more serious, we collect the truck and repair it at our workshop in Ludwigsfelde. We also offer an emergency service that provides a diagnosis within 24 hours, carries out the repair and, if needed, supplies a replacement truck from our rental fleet.

When a repair is no longer worthwhile

Sometimes a truck has reached the end of its economic life. If so, we say so honestly — and offer alternatives from over 200 inspected used forklifts, with trade-in of your old truck on request. Our rental fleet bridges the gap in the meantime. And to keep it from getting that far: regular maintenance and the annual UVV safety inspection.
