Safety inspection (UVV)

Every forklift in Germany must be inspected at least once a year by a qualified person — required by the Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV) together with DGUV regulation 68. Without a valid UVV inspection you risk losing insurance cover in the event of damage, and the truck may be taken out of service. We take care of it for you: fast, fully documented and with the inspection sticker.

What the UVV inspection covers

• Chassis, steering and brakes
• Mast, forks and chain (wear measurement)
• Hydraulics — leaks and function
• Electrical system, battery and lighting
• Safety equipment: overhead guard, restraint system, warning devices
• Markings, capacity plate and operating instructions

After passing the inspection, the truck receives its sticker and you receive the inspection report for your records — on request we remind you in good time before the next inspection is due.

On site at your premises or in our workshop

Our service technicians inspect your trucks directly at your site across Berlin and Brandenburg — no transport costs and minimal downtime. Alternatively we inspect at our workshop in Ludwigsfelde. For larger fleets we agree an inspection schedule so that several trucks are never out of service at the same time.

Prices and response times

We guarantee a fast turnaround and can fix any defects found directly on site. Prices depend on truck type and model — if you are already a customer, we know your truck and bring the right parts (such as oil and air filters) along. Just ask us for prices and terms — we are happy to help!
